Participating StationsThese rules apply to contests conducted by Southern Broadcasting and its affiliated stations, including but not limited to:

  • Outlaw 96.5 – WSLV-AM (Southwest Tennessee/North Mississippi)
  • Easy 105.3 – WTKI-AM (Huntsville/Decatur AL)
  • 102.7 Kiss FM – WWFA-FM (Southwest Tennessee/North Mississippi)
  • Wild 94.7 – WIEZ-AM (Huntsville/Decatur AL)
  • Outlaw 102.9 – WWMR-FM (Tupelo MS / North Mississippi)
  • Wild 96.3 – WXWX-FM (Tupelo MS / North Mississippi)
  • HOT100 – WYDL-FM (North MS / SW Tennessee)
  • 939 The Fox – WWGM-FM (Huntsville/Decatur Market)

1. Eligibility

  • Contests are open to legal U.S. residents who are 18 years of age or older, unless otherwise specified. One winner per household every 30 days across all Southern Broadcasting stations.
  • Employees of Southern Broadcasting, its affiliates, sponsors, and immediate family members or household members are not eligible
  • Void where prohibited by law.

2. How to Enter

  • Entry methods may include call-ins, text messages, online forms, social media participation, or in-person sign-ups, as specified per contest.
  • Listen to participating stations for contest details and instructions.
  • Text message entries may incur standard text and data charges, depending on the entrant’s wireless plan.
  • No purchase necessary to enter or win

3. Multi-Market Contests

  • Some contests may be conducted across multiple stations in different markets. Winners may be selected from a combined pool of entries from all participating stations.

4. Winner Selection

  • Winners will be selected according to the method described in the specific contest announcement. All decisions by Southern Broadcasting management are final.

5. Prizes

  • Prize descriptions and approximate retail values will be stated for each contest.
  • Cash prizes totaling $600 or more in a calendar year must be reported to the IRS. Winners will be required to complete an IRS Form W-9 prior to prize distribution.
  • Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash unless otherwise stated.
  • Winners are responsible for all taxes and expenses not explicitly stated as part of the prize.

6. Claiming Prizes

  • Winners will be notified by phone, email, or social media.
  • Winners may be required to show a valid photo ID and sign a release form.
  • Prizes must be claimed within 30 days unless otherwise stated
  • Unclaimed prizes will be forfeited

7. Publicity

  • By entering, participants grant Southern Broadcasting the right to use their name, voice, likeness, and photo for promotional purposes without further compensation.

8. General Conditions

  • Southern Broadcasting reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel contests in the event of fraud, technical failures, or other issues beyond its control.
  • Southern Broadcasting is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries; technical malfunctions; or any errors in contest announcements.
  • By participating, entrants agree to abide by these Official Contest Rules and station management decisions.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • Southern Broadcasting and its sponsors are not responsible for injuries, losses, or damages of any kind resulting from participation or prize acceptance.
